Virgin - Head of Business Development
The Sales team is looking for a Head of Business Development to help the business meet its revenue targets and to plan and carry out new sales activities to allow us to develop sales of the Virgin Incentives (B2B) range of products.
Main duties and responsibilities will include: ensuring that the sales budgets and associated performance metrics are met as a department; monitoring and reporting on sales activities; work with other departments to ensure the Virgin Incentive marketing plan is in place; work closely with the Sales team, supporting them in achieving their objectives and targets; and making sure that Virgin incentives have the right products and technology in place for us to continue to grow.
