Since 1991, UK Gift Card & Voucher Association (formerly The VA) has existed to encourage best practice amongst its members, delivering service and value to customers, as well as promoting the use of vouchers and gift cards as a gift and incentive mechanic.

It also seeks to work on behalf of members to keep them updated with developments in the industry and provide a forum for discussion and networking.
