The gift voucher, gift card and stored value solutions market is big business in the UK, worth around £4bn per year.

Since 1991, UK Gift Card & Voucher Association has existed to encourage best practice amongst its members, delivering service and value to customers, as well as promoting the use of vouchers and gift cards as a gift and incentive mechanic.

It also seeks to work on behalf of members to keep them updated with developments in the industry and provide a forum for discussion and networking.
